ELEPHANT INTERPRETIVE SIGNAGE

While studying environmental design, we were tasked to design an interpretive sign that described a behavior of an animal at the Cincinnati Zoo. I chose to design an interpretive sign that described the Asian Elephant's behavior of throwing dirt on their back to protect themselves from insect bites and heat and sun damage. I decided to create an oak wood sign, with aluminum and vinyl accents to compliment the existing exhibit design.
